Usage of Our Services

Users must comply with all policies within the Services. MingleText prohibits improper use, such as attempting unauthorized access or interfering with our Services. Users must follow applicable laws, including export controls. Non-compliance may result in service suspension.

Your MingleText Account

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and maintaining password confidentiality. Account holders are accountable for all activities conducted through their MingleText Account. Users should avoid reusing passwords across platforms. Accounts without active subscriptions are limited to Free plan features.

Active Contacts Limitation

MingleText limits the number of active contacts per account based on your subscription plan. Active contacts are those not in the trash that can receive messages. Deleted contacts remain in trash for 30 days and can be restored during this period. After 30 days, contacts are permanently deleted from our system.

Privacy and Intellectual Property

Our Privacy Policy governs personal data handling. Users agree to these privacy practices when using the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Your Content and Our Services

Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in created content. However, users cannot create, upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws, including:

  • Spam or unsolicited messages
  • Drug-related material
  • Child exploitation content
  • DMCA violations
  • Malware or malicious code
  • Abusive or harassing content

Software in Services

MingleText grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global license to use the software as part of the Services. Automatic updates may be provided to improve functionality and security.

Modification and Termination of Services

MingleText reserves modification rights to these terms, with 14 days' notice before changes take effect unless legally urgent. We may discontinue or modify services with reasonable notice.

Warranties and Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, MINGLETEXT AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES. We provide the services "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Liability Limitations

MingleText limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. We exclude responsibility for lost profits, damages, or data issues arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Business Use of Services

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. The business entity accepts these terms and indemnifies MingleText, inclusive of affiliates and employees, from claims relating to service use.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

About These Terms

These terms regulate the relationship between MingleText and users without creating third-party beneficiary rights. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
